Must-Have: Must hold required licenses

Description:
Provides alcohol and drug counseling and other ancillary services to inmates on assigned caseload.
Completes intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning for inmates.
Coordinates with other treatment services for individualized treatment planning using a coordinated treatment approach.
Monitors attendance and participation progress of inmates in substance abuse programs.
Reviews case files and oversees termination of program participation.
Provides continuing care planning and intervenes in crisis situations.
Reviews inmate files for program admission consideration and treatment planning.
Contacts relevant authorities regarding inmate activities.
Develops and coordinates substance abuse programming for inmates as assigned.
