CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Delaware, OH. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (12 hours a month). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic)
- Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
- Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
- Provides Management Consultations
- Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
- Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
- Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
- Current Independent State License to Practice
- Current Malpractice Insurance
- Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
- Experience in Work-Related Issues
- EAP Experience Preferred
- Experience in trauma
- CEAP a Plus
