Your Role as a BCBA:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in creating life-changing outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments
• Conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
• Providing ongoing supervision and training for RBTs, including reviewing session notes and ensuring fidelity
• Collaborating closely with families, team members, and other service providers
• Supporting and empowering families through active involvement in treatment
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
