Your Role as a BCBA:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in creating life-changing outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments
- Conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
- Providing ongoing supervision and training for RBTs, including reviewing session notes and ensuring fidelity
- Collaborating closely with families, team members, and other service providers
- Supporting and empowering families through active involvement in treatment
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
