About Job

Grow With Us – BCBA Student Wanted for Play-Based, Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA Clinic

A New Way ABA | Early Intervention | Trauma-Informed | Client-Led

Are you a BCBA student with a heart for early intervention and a desire to break the mold of traditional ABA? A New Way ABA is a small clinic doing things differently — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

We center the neurodivergent experience, prioritize trauma-informed care, and lead with play, connection, and curiosity. If you're ready to be part of something meaningful, this may be your next step.

Who You Are:

  • Enrolled in a BCBA program
  • Experienced (or interested) in early childhood intervention
  • Eager to learn trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practices
  • Looking for a collaborative, growth-minded environment

What We Offer:

  • Starting pay at $28/hr, with a raise after 90 days of excellence
  • Guaranteed hours for full-time staff
  • You’ll start with hours on day one — no waiting around
  • Some virtual hours available
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Health insurance options
  • Supportive supervision and a chance to help shape our clinic as we grow

Join us as we build a more compassionate, connected model of ABA.
