Position: Behavior Technician (Afternoon Hours – Part-Time)

Location: Fayetteville,NC

Hours: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Based on experience and credentials

About the Role:

We are currently seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and provide after-school support to children with special needs, including those with autism. This part-time position is ideal for teachers, teaching assistants, paraprofessionals, or individuals with experience working with children who are looking to make a meaningful impact in the afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with children to promote skill development
• Collect data and document progress
• Provide support in clinic, home, school, or community settings as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (required)
• Experience with special needs populations or ABA (preferred but not required – we provide training)
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
