About The Position

School Psychologist
Catalytic Solutions
Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract (42 Weeks)
Pay: $2,200 – $2,600 per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000


About the Role


Catalytic Solutions is seeking dedicated and skilled School Psychologists to support students, families, and school staff through comprehensive psychological services. This position is ideal for compassionate professionals who thrive in educational environments and value collaboration, data-informed decisions, and student advocacy.



Key Responsibilities



  • Attend referral, eligibility, and IEP meetings

  • Administer comprehensive assessments and evaluations

  • Write professional reports and enter all documentation into ECATS

  • Document ECATS billing for each assessment

  • Communicate with parents and staff to gather evaluation information

  • Respond to emails within 24 hours

  • Collaborate with school teams on IEP development and planning

  • Analyze student data and present findings to IEP teams

  • Provide training and consultation to school staff and families

  • Maintain availability during school hours to support staff needs

Qualifications



  • Prior experience in a school setting (preferred)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in school-based assessment tools and reporting platforms (e.g., ECATS)

  • Deep knowledge of child development, learning theories, and behavioral interventions

  • Understanding of federal and state regulations related to special education and student privacy
