Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a supportive school district in Bluffton, SC, to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite role for the upcoming school year. This is a 37.5 hours/week position starting as soon as possible through June 1, 2026, with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs

• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and parents

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral input

• Maintain data collection and accurate documentation

• Provide training and support to school staff as needed

State & Certification Requirements:

• Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active BCBA certification

• Must hold or be eligible for South Carolina certification/licensure to practice in a school setting
