Make a Meaningful Impact-Every Day
At Flywheel Centers, we're building a new kind of autism care-one rooted in clinical excellence, genuine compassion, and respect for the real lives of the families and clinicians we serve. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Crofton team and play a central role in transforming how care is delivered.
Why This Role Matters
As a BCBA with Flywheel, your work directly shapes outcomes for children with autism. You'll lead clinical assessments, design individualized treatment plans, guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and partner with families to ensure that every plan reflects the unique strengths and challenges of each child. Your leadership will help children gain critical skills, increase independence, and build brighter futures.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and parent coaching
- Support and mentor RBTs and supervisees
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain compliance with documentation and ethical standards
- Report to and receive support from the Regional Clinical Director
Who You Are
We're looking for a BCBA who brings clinical expertise, heart, and a collaborative mindset.
Required:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Maryland licensure or eligibility
- Clear communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized care
Why Join Flywheel?
We believe the best outcomes happen when clinicians are supported, families are engaged, and care is tailored-not templated. At Flywheel, you're not just another provider-you're part of a mission-driven team that's reshaping what's possible in autism care.
What We Offer:
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Benefits package for full-time employees (health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k))
- A strong clinical infrastructure with ongoing training and mentorship
- A voice in how care is delivered and improved
- A team that respects your professional judgment and supports your growth
