Client Intake Coordinator for Law Firm
McLane Middleton, a leading New England-based law firm, is seeking a Client Intake Coordinator in our Manchester, New Hampshire office. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Client Intake Coordinator position is a key role that requires an exceptionally detail oriented professional who enjoys the challenge of working with a busy accounting team. The ideal candidate should be an individual who is a team player, enjoys a fast-paced environment, has the ability to multi-task, is well-organized, has great time management skills, is proficient with technology, and maintains a positive attitude
The Client Intake Coordinator daily duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Perform conflict checks
· Obtain conflict sign offs and waiver letters, and other required approvals per policy guidelines
· Create new clients and matters in Aderant system
· Matter maintenance and scanning (reopen matters, address changes, matter title changes, rate changes, etc.)
· Engagement letter management
· Maintain conflict database and rebuild conflict indexer
Other duties:
· Train new legal assistants on new matter (Hotdocs) and conflict search procedures
· Assists with other accounting projects as time allows
· Associate or Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or in a relevant discipline preferred or in combination with relevant experience.
· Must be PC proficient
· Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
· Capable of handling confidential information
· Ability to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
· Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
