Job Overview
The Phoenix Recovery and Counseling LLC is a client-centered treatment center offering Partial Hospitilization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This role includes providing group and individual therapy, conducting clinical assessments, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to support client recovery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with referring providers and families
Requirements
- Active Florida License: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience with substance abuse use and co-occurring disorders
- Strong Communication and documentation skills
- Passion for helping clients achieve long-term recovery
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
