Position Details:

Starting Pay: $14/hr (RBT certification earns additional $1/hr raise)
Client Age Range: 2–22 years old
Schedule:
School Year: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Summer: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Minimum availability of 20 hours/week required
Locations: Clinic-based and in-home sessions available
Work Type: In-person only
Not accepting seasonal or summer-only applicants

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client behaviors and skill acquisition
Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors
Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Communicate regularly with supervisors and document session progress

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Must pass an extensive background check
Patient, reliable, and passionate about working with children
Experience with autism or developmental disorders is a plus (but not required)
