Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Therapy Clinic (Training Provided)

Position Details:
- Starting Pay: $14/hr (RBT certification earns additional $1/hr raise)
- Client Age Range: 2–22 years old
- Schedule:
- School Year: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Summer: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Minimum availability of 20 hours/week required
- Locations: Clinic-based and in-home sessions available
- Work Type: In-person only
- Not accepting seasonal or summer-only applicants
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and skill acquisition
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and document session progress
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass an extensive background check
- Patient, reliable, and passionate about working with children
- Experience with autism or developmental disorders is a plus (but not required)
