Position Summary

The role of the Clinical Team Technician is to provide individualized applied behavior analytic services to
clients ages 18 months- 5 years old , within Bridgeway Therapy Center’s ABA Department. This includes the implementation of a treatment plan
developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), addressing behavior change and skill
acquisition goals. The clinical team technician will also monitor the progress and work closely with the
Manager and Director to update treatment plans as necessary. The clinical team technician
will also adhere to ongoing review, and measurement of program and service applications to comply
with regulations, policies, procedures and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
The clinical team technician will work under close supervision and guidance of a BCBA to implement
interventions for individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities. This position
operates on a clinical schedule of 46.5 weeks per calendar year.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format.


  • Accurately implement skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or
    behavior support plans

  • Maintain precise client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes,
    anecdotal records, etc.

  • Accurately collect data (paper and/or electronically) on target behaviors specific to the client’s skill
    acquisition programming

  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and services rendered

  • Complete timely and thorough session notes as expected

  • Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client

  • Collaborate with professionals on the client’s treatment team as needed regarding client updates,
    progress, behavioral concerns, etc.

  • Implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines

  • Actively participates in supervision with the supervising BCBA

  • Participates in both individual and group supervision

  • Adheres to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) RBT Code of Ethics


Qualifications:

Must already possess or be working towards the credential as an RBT, BCaBA or BCBA
