We support individuals and families through counseling, case management, and support programs designed to promote healing and personal growth. We are expanding our services and seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Aiken, SC.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified LPC to provide individual, group, and family therapy services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to help shape the growth of behavioral health services at our Aiken office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health counseling to individuals, children, adolescents, and families
• Complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, and community resources as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and program development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active South Carolina LPC license (or LPC-A under supervision)
• Experience working with youth, adults, and/or families in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
