This position is for freshly minted and newer BCBA’s who are looking for intensive hands-on training to function in the role of a BCBA under the two-tier model.
In the Apprenticeship/Mentorship program, you will be operating like a BCaBA, where you will take on case duties that of a BCBA while being supervised and trained along the way. This program is for clinical practitioners and not administrative types. Training in administrative duties will be provided.
· Starting Pay is 40 an hour with bonus opportunities up to 50 an hr after 3 months of employment. Pay rate increases with tenure as the Apprentice gains mastery over BCBA duties and roles.
Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week including afternoons/early evenings. Will be traveling upwards to 45 min commute. In-Home Services only.
The position starts Part Time with the intent of Full Time as you build your caseload.

Qualifications
- BCBA
- Masters Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or Related Field
- 2 years of ABA experience (3 Years Preferred)
- Diverse Job History Preferred
- Spanish Speaking Preferred
