About the Role:
Golden Oaks Hospice, Inc. is a reputable hospice agency contracted with LA Care Healthplan to deliver compassionate, hospice services for eligible patients who are very much deserving of the benefit. We are seeking a Hospice Community Liaison, who will play a vital role in connecting with the community to promote utilization of our unmatched hospice services. This position is an outside sales position and offers a rewarding opportunity to promote hospice services while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, and referral sources to promote utilization of our services for LA Care members.
• Educate the community, patients, and families about hospice services and the benefits of end-of-life care.
• Conduct outreach activities to promote Golden Oaks Hospice services within the community.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions to hospice care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Have back to back sales experience in healthcare;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice care principles and end-of-life issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong marketing skills, effectively communicate and educate.
