Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to join our dedicated team of educators and support staff. The School Psychologist will play a key role in supporting students academic, emotional, and social development by providing assessments, counseling, and intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students' needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Provide individual and group counseling for students

  • Support behavioral interventions and crisis response strategies

  • Serve as a key member of the multidisciplinary team

  • Promote positive mental health and wellness throughout the school community

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Knowledge of assessment tools, special education law, and best practices in school-based mental health

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting

  • Bilingual (Spanish or other language) a plus

  • Familiarity with IEP platforms
