Position Overview

We are currently hiring Licensed and Associate Therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality therapy in a supportive and flexible environment. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned clinician, we offer a nurturing workplace with strong administrative and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or family therapy (depending on training and interest)
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical supervision (for associates)
• Option to attend group case consultation and trainings
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all clinical work

Qualifications

Licensed Therapists:

• Valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist)
• Able to work independently and manage a caseload
• Comfortable with telehealth and/or in-person sessions

Associate Therapists:

• Registered in California as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
• Seeking clinical hours toward licensure
• Open to weekly clinical supervision (provided)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
