Position Summary

A full-time School Psychologist is needed for the upcoming school year in Fishers, Indiana. The ideal candidate will work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students.

Responsibilities

Assessment

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations using multi-method and multi-source approaches
• Write clear, comprehensive reports in accordance with professional standards
• Present and explain assessment results to educators and parents, including relevant recommendations
• Actively participate in case conference committee meetings
  
  

Collaboration and Consultation

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to address academic and behavioral challenges
• Strengthen communication and partnerships among school personnel, families, and community resources
• Participate on educational planning teams and problem-solving teams for at-risk students
  
  

Intervention and Prevention

• Provide direct or indirect services to support student behavior and learning
• Develop and assist in implementing interventions that promote academic and emotional growth
• Support student adjustment and success within the school environment
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Indiana School Psychologist License
• Ed.S. or equivalent degree in School Psychology
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, collaboration, and communication
