What You'll Do

Assess behavioral needs through collaboration and direct engagement
Create and revise individualized behavior support plans
Train staff on implementation and ensure plans are followed effectively
Track progress using data collection and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide regular consultations to support teams, families, and individuals
Teach coping skills, replacement behaviors, and social-emotional strategies
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

What You'll Need

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Active NM professional license (Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology)
Experience or Interest supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (Not required, will train and provide supervsion.
Reliable transportation, computer/internet, and phone
Willingness to complete DDSD trainings and attend required meetings
Commitment to reporting and ethical practices

Location

On sight and in New Mexico but remote work is supported.
