The mission of KHS is to provide culturally sensitive, high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and their families in order to empower healthy people in a strong community. Our clients often have co-occurring substance abuse disorders and are receiving PRP services to support their activities of daily living.

Job Requirements:

• Valid professional license - LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW
• Must pass state background check

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and/or family therapy to assigned clients.
• Must be willing to see adult and children ages 5 and up.
• Develop treatment plans every 6 months and track client progress throughout the duration of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with COMAR and CARF regulations in our EHR (electronic health record).
• Conduct initial assessments if comfortable, complete reassessments annually for assigned clients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality according to the federal and state guidelines and requirements.
• Uphold the professional code of ethics.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with co-workers, and others.
• Attend monthly training, case consultation, and DEI groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Additional Benefits :

• Free supervision for LGPCs, 1 hour per every 25 client hours

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
