Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Toledo Public Schools

Ro Health is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the behavioral and educational needs of students in Toledo Public Schools. This school-based role begins as soon as possible and will continue through the 2025 and 2026 school years. We offer both full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time options to fit your schedule.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Toledo, OH (Toledo Public Schools)
  • Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
  • Target Start Date: Beginning of the 2025–2026 school year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and other behavioral staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and administrative staff
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust behavior plans
  • Support compliance with IEP behavioral goals and state/federal special education regulations
  • Serve as a resource and consultant to school teams and families regarding behavior support and best practices
  • Create a positive and supportive school environment aligned with ABA principles

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio (if applicable)
  • Prior experience working in school settings preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in data collection, analysis, and behavior plan development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passionate about supporting the behavioral and educational success of students with diverse needs
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to treatment goals and BACB standards
