Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- A high school diploma / GED and a clean background check are required to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The following responsibilities will be included in training prior to hiring.
- RBT responsibilities include the provision of direct ABA therapy to individual clients, creating and implementing behavior change strategies, documentation and data collection on all clients, and regular clinic maintenance. Qualified candidates will be working with clientele from the ages of 2 -22 years of age.
- Experience in special needs education and/or elementary-age child care is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to multitask, critical thinkings skills, and creativity are necessary for success in the field of ABA!
