```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Spanish Psychological evaluator to join our MDE (multidisciplinary evaluation) team. As the head of the evaluation team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment of preschool students who speak Spanish. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate preschool students, generate comprehensive evaluations in both Spanish and English, recommend and request supplemental evaluations and create individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student. ```Responsibilities```

-Administer and score a battery of psychological exams to accurately assess and diagnose preschoolers for the need for special education services in Spanish.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Write a comprehensive bilingual psychological evaluation to determine student strengths and areas for improvement in Spanish and English and upload to ATLAS

-Conduct in depth social history evaluation in Spanish and complete social history package in ATLAS
```Skills```
-Bilingual Spanish is mandatory

-Proficient report writing in both Spanish and English

-Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood
- Experience in curriculum and early learning standards
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs is preferred

Licensure Requirements

-Master's and/or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology

-NYS Psychologist certification

-NYC School Psychologist certification

-Bilingual Extension (in progress accepted)
