- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with practice standards
- Part time
- Experience working with population affected by chronic conditions, cancer

- Experience working with couples, families or children

- Bilingual Polish welcome/ Bilingual Spanish welcome

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,883.90 - $95,512.11 per year
