We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on behavioral health and community care. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to promote their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including case management and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ICD-9 coding standards.
• Engage in data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs.
• Work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum, applying techniques from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as needed.
• Advocate for clients within the community, connecting them with necessary resources and support systems.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices and home community care strategies.
• Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing processes.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
• Excellent social work skills, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication.
• Ability to manage cases effectively while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Competence in data collection methods to assess client progress and program effectiveness.

Pay: $35.89 - $43.22 per hour
