As the Clinical Care Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and support clinical and nursing staff
- Oversee resident care plans and ensure high-quality delivery
- Monitor compliance and safety standards
- Collaborate across departments to improve care outcomes
- Mentor team members and support professional development
- RN license (State of Nebraska – active & in good standing)
- 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Geriatrics experience preferred
