What You’ll Do:

As the Clinical Care Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and support clinical and nursing staff
• Oversee resident care plans and ensure high-quality delivery
• Monitor compliance and safety standards
• Collaborate across departments to improve care outcomes
• Mentor team members and support professional development
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• RN license (State of Nebraska – active & in good standing)
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
• Geriatrics experience preferred
  
  

Schedule: Full-time day shift with rotating weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call.
