We're hiring for a Client Care Coordinator. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and requires participation in oncall, and shift coverage, as needed. This position covers our territory in Marion County, FL.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and visit confirmations through the EMR system
• Client and Caregiver communications. Initial patient intake
• Onboarding new hires
• Payroll support
• On-call, per assigned schedule
• Willing to jump in and do what it takes if needed to cover a caregiver shift. (Cross-training is a Must to cover a caregiver's role)
• Other tasks, as deemed necessary by the administrator

Education & Experience:

• Min. High school or equivalent (Required)
