We're hiring for a Client Care Coordinator. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and requires participation in oncall, and shift coverage, as needed. This position covers our territory in Marion County, FL.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and visit confirmations through the EMR system
- Client and Caregiver communications. Initial patient intake
- Onboarding new hires
- Payroll support
- On-call, per assigned schedule
- Willing to jump in and do what it takes if needed to cover a caregiver shift. (Cross-training is a Must to cover a caregiver's role)
- Other tasks, as deemed necessary by the administrator

Education & Experience:
- Min. High school or equivalent (Required)
