Since 1976 Trav-Ad Signs has been providing exceptional visual communication leadership in the sign industry. Through our skilled team of experts, we design, manufacture and install industry leading signage solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Coordinator.

The right candidate for this job thrives on organization, attention to detail and a fast-paced environment. The Service Coordinator will also need strong communications skills and work well in a team environment. This role is critical in ensuring efficient technician deployment, customer satisfaction, and efficient schedule management.

The Service Coordinator interacts with all departments within Trav-Ad and builds valuable relationships with our customers. Strong social and communication skills are a requirement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive, review, and prioritize service and repair requests from customers and internal departments

· Estimating / quoting future service calls

· Ensure all service tickets and work orders are entered accurately into the company’s service management system

· Coordinate with field technicians to confirm availability, routes, and required equipment or materials.

· Maintain up-to-date schedules, adjusting in real-time for cancellations, emergencies, or delays.

· Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and handle rescheduling as needed.

· Review and price out completed tickets for invoicing

· Monitor ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion and report delays or issues to management.

· Track inventory and order parts required for scheduled repairs in coordination with procurement.

· Collaborate with the operations, production, and installation teams to manage workflow.

· Maintain detailed records of service history, technician notes, and client feedback.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit requirements, and customer specifications.

· Assist with Project Management of larger customers as needed

· Attend daily meeting & provide project updates

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

· 2+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles—preferably in signage, construction, or field services.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in scheduling or service management software.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

· Customer service oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

· Familiarity with signage types, repair terminology, or field logistics is a plus.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox & e-mail management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
