At Beyond the Spectrum (BTS) ABA Therapy, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a warm and supportive environment. Our brand-new, purpose-built 6,000 sq. ft. facility is located in the vibrant downtown Alpharetta community, close to Avalon, and specially designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. We’re expanding and seeking passionate individuals who are eager to grow with us and help shape the future of ABA therapy in Georgia.

Compensation & Generous Bonus Package

Base Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience)

Bonus Package (Choose One Option):
Candidates may select one of the following options, both valued at up to $20,000:

Option 1 – Performance-Based Bonus Package

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
  • Up to $5,000 annual performance bonus based on achievement of KPIs
  • Up to $10,000 in additional retention or milestone-based bonuses over time

Total Value: Up to $20,000

OR

Option 2 – Student Loan Repayment Package

  • One-time payment of up to $20,000 toward qualified student loan debt, based on achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Total Value: Up to $20,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and support our mission of providing exceptional, personalized ABA services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering client-centered care, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and growth as we expand across the Atlanta metro area.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

· Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

· Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

· Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care

· Maintain accurate data and clinical documentation

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

· Active BCBA certification in good standing

· Minimum of two years' experience working with children with autism

· Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
