Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support behavior technicians and mid-level clinical team members
Provide parent training that reinforces progress and engagement
Maintain a structured caseload that supports 30 billable hours per week
Collaborate with peers in a team-based model to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes
Participate in training programs, clinical quality initiatives, and content development

Requirements

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Current BCBA certification
Clinical experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Comfortable using electronic systems for scheduling and data collection
Completion of background check, TB test, and immunization clearance required
