Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and mid-level clinical team members
- Provide parent training that reinforces progress and engagement
- Maintain a structured caseload that supports 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with peers in a team-based model to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes
- Participate in training programs, clinical quality initiatives, and content development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Clinical experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Comfortable using electronic systems for scheduling and data collection
- Completion of background check, TB test, and immunization clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills are a plus
