This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments, labs, and imaging studies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
  • Process patient requests and provider orders efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office, lobby, and shared areas.
  • Assist patients and families by connecting them with internal and community support resources.

What You Bring

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Coursework in business, medical terminology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; previous medical office experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Quick to learn and navigate electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Friendly, empathetic, and respectful.
    • Able to stay organized and focused while managing multiple priorities.
    • Dependable, punctual, and eager to support team goals.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Fast-paced clinic setting with frequent interaction with patients and clinical staff.
  • Occasional travel between clinic locations may be required.
  • Exposure to cleaning agents and possible contact with blood/body fluids.
  • Must be able to lift or push up to 50 lbs and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
