We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented
Patient Care Coordinator to support our patients and providers by delivering high-quality, efficient administrative care. This front-line role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and committed to excellent service.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments, labs, and imaging studies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
  • Process patient requests and provider orders efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office, lobby, and shared areas.
  • Help patients and families access supportive resources like yoga classes, support groups, and social workers.

What You Bring

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Coursework in business, medical terminology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; prior experience in a medical office is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Quick to learn and navigate electronic medical records and clinic systems.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Friendly, empathetic, and respectful.
    • Detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
    • Team-oriented and open to learning.



Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Office-based role with regular interaction with patients and staff.
  • Occasional travel between clinic locations may be required.
  • Exposure to cleaning agents and the possibility of contact with blood/body fluids.
  • Must be able to lift or push up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods.
