HIRING NOW: Travel LPCC / LCSW / LMFT - Adult PHP/IOP | San Jose, CA

13-Week Contract | $2600/Weekly | Day Shift 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Specialty: Adult Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient (PHP/IOP)

Worksite: 2425 Samaritan Dr, San Jose, CA 95124

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC only – no associates or interns)
• Master’s degree required (Bachelor’s not accepted)
• At least 2 years post-graduate experience
• BLS certified
• Resume required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience running psychotherapy or DBT/CBT skills groups
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Strong documentation & discharge planning experience

Team Structure:

• 1 RN, 6 Outpatient Therapists (LMFT or LCSW)
• 5 group sessions/day | 10 patients per group

Dress Code: Business casual (No jeans)
