Job Overview

Join a vibrant, center-based ABA program as a Clinical Supervisor and bring your BCBA expertise to a role focused on leadership, collaboration, and clinical excellence. You’ll supervise a team, guide individualized treatment plans, and engage families — all within a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional assessments and create tailored, data-informed behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
  • Deliver family training sessions to support client goals across settings
  • Manage a balanced caseload with approximately 30 billable hours per week
  • Collaborate with peers in a team structure that promotes consistency and peer learning
  • Contribute to clinical training, content development, and quality assurance efforts

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental delays
  • Comfort using electronic platforms for data, scheduling, and documentation
  • Ability to complete background screening, TB test, and provide immunization documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language skills are appreciated but not required
