A leading center-based behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
• Deliver parent training and ensure consistent clinical quality across cases
• Maintain a caseload supporting 30 billable hours per week
• Collaborate within a team-based model to promote peer support and clinical consistency
• Contribute to staff training, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Proficiency in using digital tools for data collection, scheduling, and documentation
• Ability to pass a background check, provide TB test results, and immunization records
