A leading center-based behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and ensure consistent clinical quality across cases
- Maintain a caseload supporting 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate within a team-based model to promote peer support and clinical consistency
- Contribute to staff training, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Proficiency in using digital tools for data collection, scheduling, and documentation
- Ability to pass a background check, provide TB test results, and immunization records
