Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life through effective behavioral interventions.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with patient care standards and practices in behavioral therapy.
