Flywheel Centers is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in Beverly, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is available for afternoon hours, and wants to make a meaningful difference in their community.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing a customized behavior plan under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a key role in helping the child improve communication, daily living, and social skills.

What You'll Do

• Deliver ABA therapy during afternoon hours in the client's home

• Follow a personalized treatment plan designed by a supervising BCBA

• Record and track progress through accurate session notes

• Communicate professionally with families and clinical supervisors

• Participate in ongoing supervision and team collaboration

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation to travel to homes in Beverly, NJ

• Experience working with children (required)

• ABA experience or RBT certification is a plus
