Flywheel Centers is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in Somerset, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work meaningful afternoon and early evening hours while gaining valuable experience in the behavioral health field.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with a child in their home setting, implementing treatment plans created and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will help children develop life skills and improve behaviors that impact daily functioning.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the home environment

• Follow behavior plans developed by a BCBA

• Help children improve communication, self-help, and social skills

• Document session data accurately and professionally

• Collaborate with the clinical team and maintain strong family communication

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in Somerset

• Experience working with children (required)

• ABA experience or RBT certification (preferred but not required)

• Patience, positivity, and a desire to help children succeed
