Contract BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Woodbridge, VA and surrounding areas
Job Type: Contract, Hourly
Wage: Competitive pay (Approximately 80 hours a month)

Behaviorbee ABA Services is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and individualized ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We are currently seeking a contract BCBA who is compassionate, motivated, and driven to provide exceptional services and clinical oversight. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop and write individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
  • Supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs, ensuring treatment integrity
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skills
  • Monitor progress and adjust behavior intervention plans as necessary
  • Oversee data collection and ensure data is being captured accurately and consistently
  • Provide direct services as needed
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, families, and Behaviorbee leadership
  • Submit documentation and progress notes timely and accurately in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with all BACB and company ethical guidelines and clinical standards
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director on cases, programming, and staff development

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of ABA
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes as needed
  • Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practice
  • Passion for working with children and families
