Why This Role Is Unique

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape our in-house mental health program. You’ll have the rare chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals while making a significant impact on both children and their caregivers.

  • Full licensure to practice independently in North Carolina (no supervision required)
  • At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy (preferably with children)
  • Strong rapport-building and communication skills
  • Familiarity with evidence-based approaches for a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, Autism, depression, and more
  • A compassionate, ethical approach to care and confidentiality
  • Team-oriented mindset and comfort working within a multidisciplinary clinic
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively
  • Spanish/English bilingual fluency is a plus!

Role Highlights

  • Provide individual and family therapy to children and their parents or caregivers
  • Collaborate closely with in-house therapists across multiple specialties
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to support emotional, social, and behavioral growth
  • Opportunity to help shape the direction of our developing mental health department

Position Details

  • Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
  • Schedule: Flexible weekday hours; no weekends
  • Location: Clinic-based setting in Raleigh-Durham, NC
  • Licensure: Required (independent practice)

What Sets Us Apart

We’ve crafted a benefit and support package to allow our clinicians to focus on what they do best—providing care.

  • Up to 5 additional days off during the winter holiday closure
  • Annual performance and referral bonuses

  • 401(k) eligibility for full-time staff
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (FT)
  • HSA and FSA options
