We’re seeking motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Toms River area who want flexibility, growth, and real support from a clinical team that gets it. We offer full BCBA supervision support, RBT training, and mentorship for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities – BCBA (Toms River)

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, etc.)

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and train RBTs and ABA therapists

• Provide direct services when needed in home/community-based ABA

• Support families and school teams in achieving client outcomes

• Complete clinical notes and treatment documentation using CentralReach

Qualifications – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Active BCBA certification and NJ license required

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

• ABA experience in home, school, or community settings

• Strong interpersonal and case management skills

• New BCBAs are welcome – training provided

• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $75–$90/hour based on experience

• Sign-on bonus available after 90 days

• Client and staff referral bonuses

• Travel/mileage stipends based on case distance
