Visiting Angels provides living assistance services to the elderly and disabled. Our Temple, TX location is a fast paced, professional and rewarding environment. We are looking for a compassionate person with strong customer service skills. The responsibilities for the position available is as follows:

• Answering the telephones in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating client schedules with scheduling manager and assisting with scheduling.
• Managing all veteran accounts
• Completing necessary VA documentation
• Initial client assessments
• Client reassessments and supervisory visits
• Marketing and benefit education
• Handling client issues and complaints
• After hours, on call duties

Qualifications: Excellent references, basic computer skills, strong customer service background and approval of Director

Compensation: base pay + monthly incentives

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
