Lead Behavior Technician - BACB Supervised Independent Field Work Opportunity

What would you be doing?

  • General Lead Technician Tasks:
    • Collaborating with the BCBA and Behavior Technician/RBT on cases that follow the supervision model.
    • Along with the BCBA, coordinating and providing ABA based services to exceed the expectations of the client/family unit while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the company.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Updating schedules following call outs
    • Appropriately communicate concerns and updates to Center Director as they arise
    • General center opening duties
    • Take direction and receive feedback from the Center Director and BCBAs as appropriate
What do you bring to the role?

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience in ABA as a Behavior Technician or RBT
  • Enrolled in ABA Graduate Program or Graduate working hours strongly preferred
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license, Personal vehicle, Auto insurance with name listed
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

Compensation: $27-$30 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications

Schedule: Full Time: Monday - Friday (generally) between 8:15a - 5pm

Physical Demands

Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
