Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals, particularly those on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment and care, along with a commitment to improving the lives of our clients through effective behavioral interventions.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide training and support to staff regarding best practices in working with individuals with autism.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry standards and practices.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children, particularly those diagnosed with autism or related disorders.
• Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and patient care strategies.
• Familiarity with medical documentation processes and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Experience in research data collection and analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
