Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals, particularly those on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment and care, along with a commitment to improving the lives of our clients through effective behavioral interventions.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding best practices in working with individuals with autism.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry standards and practices.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those diagnosed with autism or related disorders.
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and patient care strategies.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Experience in research data collection and analysis is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
