Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Shallotte/ Wilmington, NC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior treatment plans for our clients. Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and train RBTs and staff members
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes and treatment plans

 

Requirements:

 

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) 
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) 
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
