Job Description:

TeleMed2U is seeking a talented and compassionate licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker or Associate Marriage & Family Therapist for telemedicine. TeleMed2U is a leading provider in specialty care. Our team of specialist are experts in the field, with proven experience in addressing and treating mental health disorders. At TeleMed2U we provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health for children, adolescents, and adults.

Essential Duties:

• Work with clients remotely via HIPAA compliant video-based therapy.
• Formulate a diagnosis, develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual or group therapy sessions.
• Complete documentation and maintain required client-related records, including client diagnostic records, and progress notes within the assigned timeframes.
• Counsel family members to assist them in understanding and supporting clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
• Experience with treatment of children, adolescents, and adults.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Must be Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in CA or Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking therapy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• ORP Enrollment a Plus – Will need to enroll if not already, TM2U will manage enrollment.
• Experience in food addiction a plus
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Competitive Salary: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
• Comprehensive malpractice coverage
• Schedule: Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
