Schedule: This is a full-time role, and candidates must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Duties and responsibilities

  • To oversee Master’s level clinicians in the implementation of treatment plans and case management
  • To provide BCBA supervision to supervisees seeking certification as BCBA
  • To oversee Behavior Consultant in the FBA process, including reviewing data, and writing goals.
  • To develop a treatment plan specific to each individual’s needs that emphasizes the principles of naturalistic ABA
  • To lead, manage and hold accountable behavior consultants and therapists
  • To mentor and help develop behavior consultants and therapists to implement ABA effectively
  • To oversee center-based services and ensure that clinical goals focus on increasing independence, social interaction and inclusion
  • To provide in person support at the center, driving inclusion, interaction and independence and cultivating a culture of excellence
  • To collaborate with parents and families to integrate the use of ABA strategies in their everyday lives
  • To develop a therapeutic alliance with parents, family and the individual receiving services
  • To analyze data, monitor client progress and prepare program progression. Identify next step in programming and develop goals To review progress reports written by behavior consultants to ensure quality
  • To provide clinical supervision to behavior consultants by reviewing client progress and therapist performance
  • To help develop and present trainings for new hires and current staff

Physical requirements
Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, running, squatting, bending over, kneeling and sitting on the floor.

Qualifications

  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in active standing
  • At least three years of experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism
  • Complete TB test and livescan clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
