We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and be committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals across various demographics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide direct support and counseling services to individuals with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive approach to therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all counseling practices.

Fluency in second languages or ASL preferred.
