As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in helping students overcome behavioral challenges and achieve success in their educational settings. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Communicate Findings: Share assessment results with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative and compassionate communication.
  • Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to design evidence-based interventions that enhance student behavior, performance, and access to education.
  • Provide Supervision: Deliver therapy services directly or oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals.
  • Monitor Progress: Collect, analyze, and document data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Support Teams: Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide discussions to advocate for students’ needs and strengthen special education programs.
Your expertise will help students overcome barriers, fostering growth and success in their educational and personal journeys.
