Who you are:

• Preferable with 6 months ABA experience OR your BA/BS is in progress or completed in Psychology, Special Education, Communicative Disorders, or a related field
• You're available at least 4 weekdays (flexible) and possibly on weekends
• You must pass a criminal background check
• You'll be driving to clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation

What you will do:

• Document day and submit paperwork as appropriate to BCBA
• Assist in implementing a daily program under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Maintain an inclusive positive rapport and encourage self-reflection when interacting with family members.
• Ability to work and communicate well with supervising BCBA and parent/guardians.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Open to feedback and willingness to try new things
